Margaret Frady Obituary

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of over 50 years, J. L. Frady; parents, Milton and Alice Coleman; son, Keith Frady; and brother, Alvin Coleman.
Margaret was a beloved wife and mother of 4 boys. She worked for the school system for over 20 years with special needs children. Margaret was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church for many years and she was also a Sunday school teacher. Margaret was originally born in Murphy, NC, but lived in Whitfield County for the past 50 years. She loved life and always tried to make the most of what she had.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Darrell and Jackie Frady, David Frady and Karen Noland, and Douglas and Beth Frady; sisters, Catherine Mashburn, Carolyn Beavers, and Linda Chambers; grandchildren, Jason, Greg, and Johnathan Frady, Toni Caldwell, Alyssa Defore, and Daniel Arnold; great-grandchildren, Tylor and Lucas Hollifield and Hunter Frady; and great-great-grandchildren, Skyler and Declan Hollifield and Laylie Frady.
The funeral service will be held, Monday, August 12, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Ledford and Rev. Chuck Peels officiating.
Burial will follow the service at United Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm
