Prior to her retirement, she worked for years in nursing within the New York hospital system.
Margaret departed this life on Monday, February 26, 2024. She was preceded in death by both parents Clifford and Linda Griffiths, sisters Daphne and Ermie.
She leaves to cherish her memory, sons Mark and Ainsley, sisters Joyce, Sylvia, Eunice and Eda, brother Clifford, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
Margaret was born on March 10, 1946, the fifth of seven girls to Linda and Clifford Griffiths in the district of Hartham, Manchester, Jamaica, and West Indies.
She attended Bethabara School in her early years and later in her adult years she was trained as a nursing assistant.
She accepted Christ at an early age and was part of the Seventh Day Adventist Church wherever she resided.
