Margaret Jordan Obituary

In Loving Memory of Margaret Rose Jordan
September 14, 1933 – July 20, 2025
Margaret Rose Jordan, known lovingly as Margie to her friends and family, passed away
peacefully of natural causes on July 20, 2025, in Corsicana, Texas. She was born on September
14, 1933, in Roswell, New Mexico, where her warmth and kind spirit were evident from an early age.
A graduate of Roswell High School, Margie pursued further education through college courses that enriched her professional journey. She became a licensed hairdresser and dog
groomer-careers that beautifully blended her love for beauty and animals. Later in life,
Margie's entrepreneurial spirit led her to become a licensed real estate broker. She thrived in this role, finding great joy in helping others discover their dream homes.
Margie's life was grounded in her strong Christian faith, which provided her with strength and guidance through every season of life. She lived her beliefs daily-with grace, generosity, and unwavering kindness.
A woman of many interests, Margie loved to travel and explore new places. She was an avid
viewer of QVC, delighting in the excitement of new finds and unique gadgets. But perhaps her
greatest comfort came from the quiet joy of reading-Margie was rarely without a novel close at hand.
She is survived by her loving children: daughters Connie Warner and "VJ" of Corsicana, TX; Vickie Brannen of Burleson, TX; and daughter-in-law Roilene Jordan of Bryan, TX; as well as her sons, Jerry and Mark Jordan, both of Corsicana, TX.
Margie's legacy lives on in the lives she nurtured, the lessons she imparted, and the love she so freely gave. Her memory will forever be a beacon of strength, grace, and joy to her family and all who knew her.
The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to Elizabeth and Christal Wafer for the
compassionate care they provided to Margie over the past eight years. Special thanks also go to New Century Hospice for their support during her final days.
As we say goodbye to Margaret Rose Jordan, we celebrate the remarkable life she lived and
the lasting imprint she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Navarro County Humane Society or the
Corsicana Animal Shelter-causes that were dear to Margie's heart.
