Margaret R. Lobaugh, 93, of Highland View Road, in Union Township, died Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the Haven Convalescent Home in New Castle. She was born on April 21, 1932, in New Castle, a daughter of the late Harry and Irene (Clark) Reeher. She was married to the late Harry L. Lobaugh, who died in October 1992. She enjoyed flowers and bird watching, and was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
She is survived by two sons, Michael S. Lobaugh and his wife Madeline, and Harry T. Lobaugh and his girlfriend Becki Cramer all of New Castle, and three sisters, Mary Palmer, Helen Felasco, and Ann Tulesak.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one grandson, Douglas Lobaugh, and one brother, Bill Reeher.
Margaret's wish was to have private services, which were celebrated at the William F. DeCarbo & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
