Margaret C. Renaud

It is with great sadness the family of Margaret C. Renaud announce her passing on January 24, 2023. Peg was born and raised in Brockton, MA to the late John and Mina Brawders. She was a long time employee of Etonic shoe company and worked her way up to the 'penthouse' as the head of the embroidery department. Peg was always known for being stylish and loved dressing up for all occasions. She was always the life of the party and would never pass up the opportunity to 'do lunch' with family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her greatest joys in life were spending time with her grand and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Jane Ouellette and her husband Edward, her son James Renaud and his wife Diane (her favorite daughter-in-law). As well as her grandchildren Jamie Ouellette and his wife Jennifer, Amanda and Kyle Renaud and his wife Shannon, great-grandchildren Nathan, Rachel, and Jack Ouellette, Molly Braga and her mother Jennifer. She was also the grandmother of the late Matthew Ouellette. She also leaves behind her sister-in-laws Aline Dennehy and Virginia Brawders as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Robert Brawders, John Brawders, Anastasia Darling, and Mildred Beaulieu.
A special thank you to all her family and friends that helped her live the best life possible especially in her later years. Also thank you to the nursing and therapy staff at Life Care in West Bridgewater.
Relatives and friends invited to visitation on Saturday February 4th 10:30 -11:30 am in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., Whitman. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home at 11:30 am. Burial at St. James Cemetery, Whitman.
