Margaret (Margie) Jeanette Secor, a beloved member of her community, peacefully passed away on November 10 2024, at the age of 80. Born on November 28, 1943 to the late, Josephine Stillwell, Margie lived a life filled with love, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to those around her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Jimmy Lowman.
Survivors include her loving husband, Greg Secor; sons, Dwayne (Carroll) Muniz, Courtney (Dana) Gray, Steve (Felicia) Muniz; grandchildren, Chris, Brandy, Stephen, Matthew, Levi and Cheyenne Muniz; great grandchildren, Brody, Isaiah and Brayden Muniz; siblings, Horris Lowman, Verdus Lowman, Frances Lingerfelt.
Margie spent her career as a sales associate with Manning Brothers, where her hard work and exceptional skills earned her the prestigious title of Salesman of the Year. Her passion for her work was matched only by her dedication to her family.
She loved fishing, camping, reading, baking, and cooking. One of her greatest joys was spending quality time with her boys, cherishing each moment they shared together. Margie was also a long-time member of Joy Baptist Church, where she fostered connections with many through her faith and community involvement.
Margie's memory will be honored during a visitation on November 15, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM. Both events will take place at Joy Baptist Church located at 1135 Glenn Carrie Road, Hull, Georgia, 30646.
