Margie was born on November 7, 1936 in Cleveland County daughter of the late William Thomas Erby and Amy Loretta Dover Ware. She retired from Grover Industries. Margie was a member of Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church in Kings Mountain.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Max Wright; son, Christopher Lynn Wright and brother, Tom Erby.
Survivors include two granddaughters, Shelly Ann Wright and Samantha Nicole Wright; a sister-in-law, Linda Erby of Cherryville.
Services will be private.
