LeRoy: Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at age 84. Predeceased by her father and mother, Walter and Adele Johnson; sisters, Beverly Brunner and Sandra Lukasiak; brother, Walter Johnson. She is survived by her loving husband, Anthony D. Pipitone; children, Stephen Gallagher, Kathleen Gallagher, Susan (Michael) DelVecchio, John (Kerri) Gallagher, Kathryn Spilberg, Anthony R. (Stacey) Pipitone, Melissa (Carl) Gerber; 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Margot was a retired secretary from the State of New York.
Friends may call MONDAY from 5-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Tuesday, March 18, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 9:30AM at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Road. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or to LeRoy Village Green, 10 Munson St., LeRoy, NY 14482 in her memory. Margot's family would like to thank the staff at LeRoy Village Green for their loving and compassionate care.

Margot was my best friend growing up. Her family lived on Clarence Park and I lived on Fulton Ave. We went to high school together. We took piano lessons from a woman who played the organ at Holy Rosary Church. When my daughter got married, Margot made the umbrella for her bridal shower. RIP my friend
