Maria Gonzales Obituary
Born to Jose Garcia and Maria Rios Garcia on March 25,1952 in Seguin, Texas. Maria entered her eternal rest on March 22,2026 at the age of 73.
Our mother Maria is now flying high sharing the heavens with her late husband Samuel M. Gonzales, her late brother Samuel Garcia, her late children Shirley Segundo, Ricky Segundo and lastly with her parents.
Maria survives by her daughters Sandy Garcia, Elizabeth LouLou Segundo, Cynthia Myers (spouse Dan Myers) and Samantha Gonzales (Fiancé Sabrina Lopez). Her brother Joe Garcia and sister Yolanda Rodriguez. Along with seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and the many nieces and nephews.
As we all pay respects to Maria, our mother, your sister, your cousin, your Tia, and your friend, we reflect on a life that touched many lives. Her life was a testament to the power of love, joy, and the unbreakable bond of family. The memory of her will forever be etched in the hearts of those who loved her.
She had a big personality. She had a remarkable sense of humor and loved joking around. She could bring smiles even in the most challenging moments. Her joy and laughter were contagious, and her presence made life more manageable. Above all our mom was selfless. Her heart was generous, always ready to help. Whether it was through her time, love or unwavering support she could always be counted on. She consistently demonstrated her commitment to the people she loved and cared about. She was the pillar of strength to our family. Her love was profound and her spirit resilient she will never be forgotten. Our mom Maria's legacy will live on through the lives she touched, the laughter she shared and the love she gave so freely. She was a bad ass!
We love you; you will be missed and your memory cherished.
