Maria Chacon Ramirez

Maria Chacon Ramirez, born on August 19, 1948, in the vibrant city of Panama, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2026, in Greensboro, North Carolina, at the age of 77.

Maria devoted much of her life to her work in the administrative field, where her diligence and dedication were evident to all who had the privilege of working alongside her. Beyond her professional life, she cherished nothing more than the time spent with her beloved family and friends. Her warm and generous spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Fernando Chacon Araya; her mother, Margarita Estrada Diaz; and her husband Frank Ramirez. Maria's legacy continues through her son, Alfonso Manuel Burillo Chacon; her cherished grandchildren, Andrea and Amanda; and a close-knit circle of family and friends who will deeply miss her presence.

In accordance with her family's wishes, no services will be held at this time. The family is making arrangements and will inform in due course.

Maria Chacon Ramirez will be remembered fondly for her unwavering love and commitment to those she held dear, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and cherished memories.
