Services will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, with a reception to follow in the Youth Center.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Cody Sillavan (Kayla) and Christa Sillavan; parents, Paul and Sharon Terrell; fiancé, Chris Frusha; brother, Michael Terrell (Marylou Bernardo); niece, Skylar Terrell; grandson, Jaxon; dog, Peanut; and a host of extended family and friends.
Maria was a loving, kind, and selfless person. Due to her outgoing personality and 27 years of working for the Post Office, she knew everyone. Maria loved her country and was very proud of her parents', brother's, and fiancé's military service. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and slightly obsessed with Tony Romo. I don´t remember a time when she didn´t have a smile on her face. If Maria ever had a bad day she did not show it. Heaven has a new and beautiful soul.

Maria was the sweetest, kindest, and most lovely person that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. When I first moved in next door she immediately came and introduced herself and made me feel so welcome. She had such a bright personality and it was always a warm greeting whenever we saw each other. She will be so terribly missed.

I met Maria in water aerobics class. She was such an inspiration to so many people in the pool. She had such determination and drive, you couldn´t help but be influenced to do better also. She had such a bright personality and didn´t meet a stranger. I will miss her deeply!
