Mariah M. Palombo

Mariah M. Palombo, age 33 of Canton, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. She was born in Canton on July 31, 1992, and graduated from Jackson High School. Mariah later attended the University of Akron. She loved spending her time with friends, traveling and being around animals. She had many different pets growing up but her favorite would be her monkey, Haley. She had an adventurous spirit that took her to Africa, Thailand, and Costa Rica twice just to see a sloth. As she would say her greatest accomplishment was her two babies, whom she loved so very much. Mariah was kind, always funny, and always wanting to help others. In her own words, her mantra..."Stay Weird."

Mariah is survived by her parents David Palombo, Sr. and Linda Yokum; children Olive and Nova; and brother David Palombo, Jr. Also survived by her aunts and uncles Mike Palombo, Richard (Susie) Palombo, Mark (Lena) Palombo, Michelle (Jeff) Doerfler, Donny (Shelly) Yokum, Jeff Yokum, Jane Palombo, and Kim Palombo; cousins Emmanuel Doerfler, Gina Campitelli, Nick Palombo, Ashley Yokum, Jeffrey Yokum, Zoey Palombo, Amelia Palombo, and Anna Palombo; and her cat, Wednesday.

Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Memorial services will begin in the funeral home following calling hours. Inurnment to follow in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
