Marian R. Chandronnet

Marian R. (Peckham) Chandronnet, age 99 of Wickford passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Leo Chandronnet and the daughter of the late Albertus and Flora (Charboneau) Peckham.
Marian worked at LADD School for 27 years as a CNA. She loved walking around Wickford and attending the concerts on the beach each summer. Marian also enjoyed going to the casino to play "slots." She took pride in her home and in her responsibilities of washing the dishes and folding the laundry.
Marian was the devoted mother of her two sons, Chester and Leo Chandronnet; the cherished grandmother of Sherri Zelen (husband, Rob), Tricia Donnelly (husband, Tim), Heather Beattie, Stephanie Woodbury (husband, Kevin), Jill Booth (husband, Mike), Aaron Allison, Michelle Chandronnet; and her son-in-law, Fredric Allison. She leaves behind 23 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. Marian was predeceased by her 5 brothers, Albertus, Harold, Milton, Howard and Kenneth Peckham and her 2 sisters, Doris Ferguson and Hazel Bichay; her daughter, Dolores Allison; her 2 grandchildren, Shelly Richardson and Gregory Getchell; and her daughter-in-law, Pamela Chandronnet.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, July 1, 2024 from 10 – 11 a.m. at the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Rd., North Kingstown with a Funeral Home Ceremony at 11 a.m. Her burial will follow in the Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown.
