Marian May Luisi, 03/24/1936, of Plymouth died 7/20/2025. Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Vincent Luisi, parents, Leonard and Adelaide Belbeck, Uncle William Flegg. Survived by her children; Susan (Scott) Sosna, Steven (Cindy) Luisi, Mark (Lisa) Luisi, Peter (Kelley) Luisi, John Luisi and Julia (Jeff) Ripley; grandchildren, Becky, Joseph, Laura, Amanda, Margaret, Scott, Katie, Nick, Alexander, James and Lydia; great-grandchildren, Owen, Isadora, Thomas, Alice, Cillian, Connor, Caden, Charlotte, Declan, Sam, Mateo, Michael.
Employed by the federal government, ending her career as a Regional Labor Relations Specialist for the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service. In addition to her family, her loves included gardening, cooking, traveling, and knitting prayer shawls for her church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on August 1, 2025, at 11AM, with visitation one hour prior, at St. Edward's Church, 9401 Nesbitt Ave. So, Bloomington. Committal service will take place on August 1, 2025 at 1:00 pm, at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. For those who are unable to attend in person, a livestream of the Mass will be available at www.stedwardschurch.org/funerals.
In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorials may be made to Catholic Charities.
