In Loving Memory of Marianne "Mimi" Holmes

Marianne Holmes, lovingly known as "Mimi," was born on August 19, 1946, in Troy, New York, to Philip and Dolores Hollis. One of five children, Mimi grew up surrounded by family, love, and a passion for life that stayed with her always.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Mimi could often be found on Sundays cheering for her beloved Miami Dolphins or enjoying a good game of football or golf. Her sharp wit and quick humor were only matched by her deep compassion for others. She had a heart of gold and a special place in it for our military men and women. A proud and generous supporter of the "Tunnel to Towers" Foundation, Mimi made a point to honor and uplift those who served.
Mimi attended Mercy College in New York before embarking on a successful career at IBM, where she eventually retired. In 1997, she and her late husband, Bernard "Skip" Winsauer, made Palm City, Florida, their home. Mimi quickly became an integral part of the community she cherished, serving as Secretary on the HOA board for several years. She often said there was no better place to live than Palm City.
Mimi was preceded in death by her beloved husband Skip, her parents Philip and Dolores Hollis, and her siblings Amy and Chris. She is survived by her devoted companion of over 20 years, Don "Coach" Bruce, her brother Dan, her sister Ellen, and countless friends and extended family who will miss her dearly.
Mimi's legacy of kindness, loyalty, and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
