Marie Ann DiMarzo, or "Reeree" as her mother affectionately called her, was a beacon of laughter and creativity. Born on January 15, 1943, in Norwood, MA, Marie spent her days sketching life’s humorous moments, jotting down whimsical stories, and channelling her energy into making her home a place of joy for her family. She was as empathetic as she was funny, always ready to lend an ear or a comforting word, and her loyalty to those she loved was as constant as the North Star.

Marie had a knack for turning the mundane into the extraordinary. Whether she was creating a masterful painting or calling out the winning numbers at a particularly riveting game of Bingo, her creative spirit shone through. Her love for Jesus was a personal and profound relationship that didn't require a church to observe. As it says in 1 Corinthians 12:4-6, "There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work." Marie’s gift was her empathy, her service was her loyalty, and her work was her creativity.

Survived by her daughters Stephanie Vogel and Robyn Garrett, and sons John and David Cossette, Marie's love for her children was limitless. They were the center of her universe. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Eleanor DiMarzo, Marie now joins them in eternal rest. Also survived by her brother Charles DiMarzo, sister-in-law Donna DiMarzo, son-in-law Michael Vogel, son-in-law Greg Garrett, daughter-in-law Mary Witham, her six grand children, her five great grand children, and her nieces and nephew . Marie’s legacy of love, laughter, and creativity will continue to live on in all who knew her.
