Marie Ann Gulledge, 74, of Huntsville; passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Circle of Life Hospice, Bentonville. She was born Tuesday, May 1, 1951, at Harrison; to James Moses and Helen Rose Wise Griffith.

Marie married Jimmie Allen Gulledge on Monday, February 18, 1985, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was a mother to two children, Kelly and Charlie. She had a playful spirit and a warm, teasing sense of humor, and she especially loved bantering back and forth with her loved ones. Marie worked as a hairdresser for many years, and she found joy in tending to her garden and flower beds. She loved to cook-her cornbread and key lime pie were known and loved by many. She also enjoyed oil painting and the excitement of drag racing. Marie deeply loved and cared for her husband, supporting him faithfully up until his passing last year. Her greatest joy came from sharing stories and spending time with her family, who meant everything to her.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Gulledge and her parents, James and Helen Griffith.

She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Robert Uetz, of Rogers, Arkansas; one son Charlie Brown Jr., of Newport, Arkansas; and five grandchildren, Clayton and Alicia Brown of Houston, Texas, Charlee Brown, of Nevada, Missouri, Jaycee Johnson, Harlee Warren, of Joplin, Missouri, and Logan Uetz, of Rogers, AR. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Kelson Brown, of Nevada, Missouri and Dansbey Brown, of Houston, Texas; and one sister-in-law, Sandy Gulledge, of Elkins, Arkansas.

The family will receive friends 1:00 PM-2:00 PM, Monday, November 17, 2025, at Brashears Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM with Devin Mathis officiating.

Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
