Marilyn Marie Irvan, age 93, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 3rd, 2024.She was born on June 4, 1930, in Woodstock, Illinois, to the lateAllan and Loaina Morton. Marilyn was united in marriage to Noah Gerald Irvan on November 13, 1947, andtogether they shared a lifetime of love and devotion until Gerald's passing.Marilyn found great joy in her roles as a wife, mother, grandmother, and beyond.She was a pillar of faith, strength and kindness, always putting her family first. In her leisure time, Marilyn found solace in the simple pleasures of life. She hada passion for sewing, creating beautiful pieces with her skilled hands, andnurturing her garden that bloomed with life. Her talents and green thumb wereadmired by all who knew her. Marilyn is survived by her beloved daughter, Donna Sue Revels, and husbandNorman, along with five cherished grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren,and four great-great-grandchildren. She leaves behind a legacy of love andwarmth that will be carried on by generations to come. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald, her son Michael, hersister Maxine, her brothers Richard and Kenneth, and both of her parents. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American HeartAssociation and the Alzheimer's Association. A private burial will be held on May 17th, followed by a Celebration of Lifeservice on Saturday, May 18th, at noon, at Pierce Park Baptist Church, located at5350 N. Pierce Park Lane, Boise, ID. Friends and family are invited to join inhonoring Marilyn's remarkable life and legacy.
