Marilyn was born in Columbus, Ohio. She was 100 years old when she passed away at the
Grace Davis Hall Hospice Home on Friday, October 10, 2025. In 1955 she moved from
Columbus to Ft. Lauderdale, FL with her husband, Bill Zimmerman and their two daughters. She
lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Harriman, TN and Boynton Beach, Florida with her second husband, Bill
Kaufman.
Marilyn moved from Boynton Beach in 2010 to New Port Richey, FL to be with her future
husband, Ken Neubig. They spent many years traveling through Europe, the Caribbean, and
across the U.S. They loved spending time at Ken's timeshare in N. Redding Beach where they
enjoyed the beach life and made so many friends. Ken celebrated his 100 th birthday in October
2024 (passed away on January 26, 2025) and Mom's 100 th in January 2025.
She is survived by two daughters, Judy Ellington and Jan Williams (Randy), 8 grandchildren:
Kurtis Ellington (Michele), Kristine Ellington, Alison White, Ami Soliel, Anna Prillaman (Kevin),
Joy McNaughton (Allen), Jennifer Williams and Jessica Forte (Sean), and 21 great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her niece/nephews, Karen Frank (Jerry), Steve Mills (Suzanne) and Tim
Mills (Sherri).
