Marilyn Louise Pembrook, a beloved resident of White Cloud, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 26th, 2024. Born in Muskegon, Michigan, on Sunday, October 13th, 1946, she graced the world with her warmth and kindness for 78 years.
Marilyn dedicated her life to educating and inspiring young minds as a teacher. Her passion for music was evident through her active involvement in church, where she generously shared her talents as both a pianist and organist.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, William Albert Pembrook, her parents, Harry Edward Anderson Jr. and Margaret (Rambow) Anderson, and her son-in-law, Timothy Palen.
Marilyn's legacy lives on through her loving family: her children David (Teri) Pembrook of Grand Rapids, MI, Albert "Al" (Debra) Pembrook of Muskegon, MI, Kristina Palen of White Cloud, MI Michael (Amy) Pembrook of Marne, MI, William Albert Pembrook of White Cloud, MI; her sisters Kathleen (Tom) Potts and Barbara (Dana) Correll. She was a proud grandmother to Sarah, Michael, Catherine, Aubrie, Chelsea, Elizabeth, Madison, Samantha, Sydney, Brittney, and Brandon, and cherished many great-grandchildren.
The community is invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Christ Lutheran Church in White Cloud, MI. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am, officiated by Pastor Terry Hoese, to celebrate and honor Marilyn's remarkable life.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Christ Lutheran Church in her memory, reflecting Marilyn's lifelong dedication and passion for her faith.
Arrangements are entrusted to Crandell Funeral Home in White Cloud, ensuring that Marilyn's family and friends can gather to reminisce and find solace in shared memories.
Marilyn Louise Pembrook's impact on the lives she touched is immeasurable, and her spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
