Marilyn was born on August 17 to Fern and Dan Benally. Marilyn was very well educated at the Master Level of Education. Marilyn worked many years in the Central Consolidated School District and many years at Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Community School where she was presently working. Marilyn had a passion for education working as a Teacher and she loved her students very dearly.
She is survived by two children Natasha Poyer, Johnnie Johnson and Six Grandchildren. Marilyn was predeceased by her son Nathan Poyer, Parents Fern and Dan Benally.
Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 473 County Rd 6100, Kirtland, NM on Saturday April 20, 2024 at 11:00am. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Marilyn, please visit our Tree Store.
