Marilyn H. Reitemeier of Nashville, IL, departed this life at the Axiom Gardens of Nashville in Nashville, IL on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 7:15 P.M. She had attained the age of 84 years, 5 months and 29 days.

Marilyn was born on June 20, 1941, in Centralia, IL, the daughter of Arthur and Irene (Unverfehrt) Reitemeier. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoyleton, IL where she was still a member.

In her earlier years, she stayed with people in their homes caring for both the young and elderly. She then worked at Washington County Workshop in Nashville, IL for 30 years as an office assistant.

Surviving her passing is her brother-in-law, Ron Schorfheide of Nashville, IL along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 sisters, Ruth Ann in infancy, Bernice (Howard) Wessel and Lois Schorfheide.

Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoyleton, IL on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 11 A.M. with Rev. Nate Wollenberg officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation hours will be at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoyleton, IL on Tuesday from 10 A.M. until the service hour.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the United Cerebral Palsy and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
