Marion Jaroszewski Obituary
On June 23rd 1958, Marion was united in marriage to Joseph Jaroszewski at Sacred Heart Church in Dent, MN. Together they had seven children: Brenda (Kevin) Aschnewitz, Greg (Theresa), Jeff, Jim (Susan), Mary (Tracy) Smith, David, & Chad (Meg). Later in life Marion worked at Tuffy's, Richter's, & Perham Nursing Home. She retired in 1998. Marion was an active member of Christian Mothers at Sacred Heart in Dent. Marion enjoyed playing cards, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially being around her 24 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Surviving Marion are her husband, Joe; her children; 24 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brother, Ray Fiedler of Wheaton, MN; and sister-in-law, Bernice Boedigheimer of Perham.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Con & Sophie; son, David; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Nick & Mary Jaroszewski; sisters, Bernice Waldorf, Irene "Sally" Harthun, Christine Warzecha, and Elaine Kidder; brothers, Lawrence Fiedler and Vernon "Buster" Fiedler; brothers-in-law, Joe Waldorf, Stan Kidder, Ralph "Pete" Harthun, Bill Peterson, Ben Warzecha, Art Silbernagel, Elvan Boedigheimer, Vernon "Bud" Nundahl, Joe Montgomery, and Charlie Harr; sisters-in-law, Delores Fiedler, Marlene Fiedler, Betty Fiedler, Ceil Nundahl, Eleanor Silbernagel, and Caroline Harr.
Visitation will be on Monday, April 17, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dent, MN, with a Rosary Service at 6:15 p.m. and Parish Prayers at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will resume at 10:00 a.m. at church on Tuesday, April 18, followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
