Marion Frances Ziegler

Marion Frances Ziegler, age 95 of Shakopee, MN went home to be with the Lord June 14, 2021, surrounded by her loving children. Survived by daughters, Barb Ziegler, Bonny Johnson; son, Tom (Kathy) Ziegler; brother, Howard Glubke. Preceded in death by loving husband, Edward; daughter, Kathy Lommel; granddaughter, Kristi Kluge; son-in-law, Craig Johnson; brother, Jerry Glubke. She was born in August 1925 in NorthEast Minneapolis, MN to Marie & Arnold Glubke. She went to a dance & found her perfect dance partner, the love of her life, her "Eddie". They were married November of 1944. Her greatest joy was her 12 grandchildren & 21 great grandchildren. Today she leaves a legacy of love, devotion, caring, & pride in her Polish heritage; faith & hope in her Catholic upbringing; & an amazing heart of kindness & giving. Mom's family devotion is best depicted in her favorite horoscope. Leo, "For you, being surrounded by your loved ones is heaven on earth. You really want nothing other than to see these people happy. Your self-sacrifice does not go unnoticed. They are about to show you how much they love you." She had the most giving heart & will be dearly missed. Funeral service, July 8 at 2PM at St Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church, St Joseph's Campus, 1310 Mainstreet, Hopkins, MN; with visitation 1 hour prior. In lieu of memorials, please donate in her memory to Salvation Army or any veteran organizations. She has been a long-time supporter of veterans.
