Marjorie Blackinton Bell passed away peacefully in her home Saturday April 23, 2022, at the age of 92. She was born in Devil's Slide, Utah on May 11, 1929, to Wallace F. Blackinton and Alpha Clapier.
She loved to live life. After Marjorie graduated from Ogden High School, she married William E. Bell (Bill) and started her family. She was known for her kind and easy-going nature and had many friends because of it. Those friends were near and dear to her heart and were the highlight of her life after her husband passed and children moved on.
She worked for many years at Ogden Clinic in the credit department but was often called on to help doctors communicate with patients because of her caring and kind manner. She always thought of others first, taking care of everyone else before herself. She and her husband Bill loved to travel with friends and family and enjoy their second home in Southern Utah.
Marjorie is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Bell; her son Brian B. Bell; and her granddaughter, Jodi F. Bell.
She is survived by her three sons, Michael Bell, Kent F. Bell, and Larry W. Bell. Marjorie is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Leavitt's Mortuary on Friday, May 13, 2022. Viewing from 9:45 to 10:45 A.M. funeral services starting at 11:00 A.M. Interment to follow at Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch. CLICK HERE FOR LIVESTREAM
