November 18, 1963 –February 16, 2023
Mark Bluto, 59, beloved by family and many friends, passed away peacefully at the Vitas Inpatient Hospice Unit in Rockledge, FL after six years of battling cancer. Born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, he lived most of his life in Concord, NC before moving to Palm Bay, FL in 2011.
Mark is survived by his parents David W. Bluto and Mother Barbara Sherwin Bluto, three children, daughter Heather Ashley Bluto, sons Seth and Sean Bluto. A brother Nicholas (Nick) Bluto, sisters in laws Connie Walters Bluto & Terry Renea Bluto and is predeceased by his brother Terry N. Bluto.
He founded his own Insulation Company in Cabarrus County, North Carolina before moving to Florida. He also spent many years as a meat department manager of Winn Dixie in North Carolina and a skilled butcher in Florida.
He is a standing member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Palm Bay.
Mark was a very generous loving person who never knew a stranger; he loved all of his friends and neighbors especially those Wednesday night socials with his local group. He loved the Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers but most of all enjoyed watching his sons play Soccer and football. He was a fisherman and loved traveling to the Abacos, Bahamas, the Florida Keys and the beach. He will dearly miss his yellow Labrador retriever "Buddy" who has been adopted by a dear friend.
His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 3:00PM at the Beach Funeral Home, 1689 South Patrick Drive, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937
