Mark Stephen Bozeman, known affectionately by his closest family and friends as "Beaver," passed away peacefully in Queen Creek, Arizona on October 28, 2025, at the age of 70. Steve was born on November 7, 1954, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Henry Hemmenway Bozeman and Annie Irene Walding Bozeman.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents and his sister, Rhoda Gail Coleman. He is survived by his devoted wife, Sonciare Lynn Bizette Bozeman; his children, Maegan Jene Bozeman Willmann, Drew Montana Bozeman, Shana Kay Bozeman, and Chance Austin Bozeman; and his cherished grandchildren, Mya, Makenzie, Brooklyn, Emry, Georgina, Harper, Wyatt, Beau, and Jack. He is also survived by two brothers, Henry (Christine) Bozeman and Donnie (Cherie) Bozeman, a brother in law, Odis Coleman, and many treasured nieces and nephews.

Steve graduated from Istrouma High School in Baton Rouge in 1973 and went on to attend Louisiana State University on a football scholarship and later transferred to Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho. He was a proud and dedicated member of UA Local 198 in Baton Rouge for many years and later UA Local 469 in Phoenix, where he worked as a skilled pipefitter. Known for his unwavering dependability and exceptional work ethic, Steve took great pride in his craft and in providing for his family. Those who worked alongside him respected his integrity, his diligence, and his determination to always do the job right.

A lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Steve's faith guided every aspect of his life. He was a devoted follower of his Savior, Jesus Christ, and a lifelong missionary-sharing his testimony through both word and deed. He found joy in serving others, lifting those in need, and striving to live as a true disciple of Christ.

Steve's passions reflected his Louisiana roots and generous spirit-he loved good food, family gatherings, fishing, and football, especially cheering on his beloved LSU Tigers. Known for his competitive nature, his humor, and his unwavering quest for truth, Steve lived a full and purposeful life devoted to his faith, family, and friends.

He will be remembered for his kindness, steadfast reliability, strength, and the enduring love he shared with all who knew him.
