Date of Death: October 24, 2014
Date of Birth: February 6, 1959
WATERFORD-Mark J. Danico, 55, of Waterford, ME, lost his battle with Pancreatic cancer on Oct. 24, 2014.
Mark was born in Norway, ME on Feb. 6, 1959, and graduated from the Oxford Hills High School Class of '77. He worked at the Thurston Dairy Farm in North Norway for many years, and at Robinson's Mill in Oxford. In more recent years, he could be found puttering at Parts & Pieces in Oxford with his dear friends Jim and Chris Lamb.
His enthusiasm for trains, tractors, and antique motors; big and small, gave him the skill to fix anything for anyone. He was an active member of the Norway/Paris Lions Club, and Oxford County Nite Life. He enjoyed restoring antique Chevys and attending car shows.
He loved his family dearly. Mark was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth and Laurice (Whitman) Danico.
Mark is survived by his loving wife, Angela Wiemert-Danico; his sister, Kellie Danico and her partner Robert Randolph; his three children: Keith, Sara, and Ryan and his wife Bethany Danico; his three grandchildren: Dylan, Abigail, and Lily; his step-children: Hope-Marie Heath-Michaud and her husband Maddox, Matt and his wife Heather Heath, and Christopher and his wife Zoe Heath: step-grandchildren Owen, Evan, Lucas, Cory, Leilah, Damian, and Ares.
At his request there will be no services. The family wishes to thank Beacon Hospice for their outstanding care.
