Mark Feldpausch Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Palmer Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes - Lansing Chapel on Feb. 21, 2024.
In Lansing's heart, where he was born, Mark Allen Feldpausch's life adorned,
A gentle soul, in '59, whose love for music was divine.
He walked the earth with quiet grace, until he reached his resting place,
Back in Lansing's gentle arms, he left this world with all its charms.
With an Associate's degree in hand, and Army honor, his life was grand,
A customer service rep by trade, in people's hearts, he surely stayed.
His voice was soft, his touch was kind, a gentler man you'd never find,
He served his country, stood up tall, a hero to us one and all.
Ten thousand albums lined his walls, from jazzy blues to concert halls,
Each CD held a memory, a note, a song, a part of thee.
His passion for the tunes he played, in hearts of many, will not fade,
For music was his truest friend, a love that lasted to the end.
"Though words are spoken, songs shall fly, on melodies that never die,"
So said a poet, wise and true, and Mark lived this his whole life through.
His legacy, a rhythmic beat, a life that was both full and sweet,
A gentle man, with albums vast, in memories, he'll forever last.
So let us sing a song of peace, for Mark, whose melodies won't cease,
In every note, we'll find his smile, and keep his spirit for a while.
For though he's gone, his tune plays on, from dusk's first light to early dawn,
Mark Allen Feldpausch, rest your head, your symphony is far from dead.
