Mark E. Johnson, age 52, of Taunton, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2025, at Morton Hospital. He was the husband of Amy M. (Martin) Johnson.
Born and raised in Brockton, he was the son of Charles Johnson and Karen Swanson, who were also both born in Brockton.
He worked as a supervisor for Absolute Restoration for the past ten years. Mark was known to be the life of the party and had the gift to make everyone laugh. Everyone who met him loved him. Mark loved the outdoors, especially fishing and boating. He enjoyed watching TV, reading, especially Stephen King books, and most of all he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Besides his wife Amy, he leaves his four children, Britney Johnson of Quincy, Marisa Johnson of Taunton, Grayson Johnson of Taunton, and Charles Johnson of Taunton; a brother Franklin Johnson; a twin sister Ingrid Johnson; his grandchildren Madalyn and Aubrie Andrade; and several nieces and nephews Kirsty Graham, Angelique Jackson, Michael Davids, and Melina Davids.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to visit with Mark’s family on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, with a funeral service beginning at 7:45 pm, at Sowiecki-Snyder Home for Funerals & Cremation Services, 69 West Britannia Street, Taunton.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
