Obituary of Mark Keating
Mark Keating, beloved husband, father and grandfather left us to join his Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 30th, 2025.
Born March 6th, 1941 Mark was 84 years old.
He was preceded in death by his father, John J. Keating and mother, Mabel Keating along with his brothers Jack, Harold,
and Patrick.
Mark is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Dianne, his sons Christopher, Gregory, Jeffery, Daniel and his daughter, Kimberly as well as 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Mark was a devoted community servant. He worked for more than 30 years as a peace officer with the Fort Worth Police Department. He and Dianne were steadfast stewards of their church. He served with the Knights of Columbus.
Mark earned a Masters of Education from Texas Christian University in May of 1983 after completing 2 undergraduate degrees.
Always quick with a comment or response, Mark's sense of humor was unrivaled. He never met a stranger and was greatly loved and respected by others. Mark was a great man who is truly irreplaceable and will be sorely missed by those he left behind.
