I first met Mark ,when my aunt Clara De Pauw ( Petit ) took me to one of the many Petit picnics. I like knowing the disciples Mathew, Mark, Luke , and John they lived on La Fayette St.

Mark and Cathy and Shelley and I moved to Morton at the same time. We became fast friends right away. I can remember many activities that we got involved in together. We were heartbroken when Cathy passed at such a young age, and now Mark.
Mark and I stayed in touch for a number of years but not so much in our eighties. I recall that he and I last made contact around Christmas last. He was such a great friend and We'll truly cherish the memories that we have.

A very gentle and kind man. Was very sympathetic and caring when we lost our mother and father. Mark always made me feel comfortable around him. He would always make me laugh at our Petit golf outings. I will miss him dearly.
