A beloved husband, Mark married Mary Erie on September 15, 1983, and together they created a loving family and a warm home. He is survived by his cherished wife, Mary Poehler, who resides in Bellville, Texas. Mark was a proud father to his two daughters, Marsha Poehler from Katy, Texas, and Melissa Tadlock from Bellville, Texas. He found immense joy in his role as a grandfather to seven grandchildren, who will forever hold dear the memories and lessons he imparted.
Adding to his legacy, Mark is also survived by his siblings: brother David Poehler from Waterville, Minnesota; brother Jason Poehler from Idaho; and sister Tammie Poehler from Idaho. He held a deep bond with his family, which provided him strength and happiness throughout his life.
Mark's passions extended beyond his work; he had a profound love for music and enjoyed restoring slot cars. His affection for animals reflected his compassionate nature. The contributions he made to his community and the warmth he brought to those around him will be remembered fondly.
In remembrance of Mark Steven Poehler, a gathering will be held at Poehler's Residence in Bellville, Texas, on December 6, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM and concluding at 6:00 PM. The family welcomes all who knew him to celebrate his remarkable life and legacy.
