Mark E. Tichenor, age 54, of Fairview, Missouri passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 at his home.
He was born September 19, 1968 in Stella, Missouri the son of Harold "Jean" and Geneva (Garren) Tichenor. On December 6, 2010 he was united in marriage to Tammy Glover, who survives. Also surviving are his father, Jean Tichenor of Wheaton, Missouri; one son, Brandon Tichenor and his wife Katy of Fairview, Missouri; one brother, Joe Tichenor and his wife Robin of Cassville, Missouri; one sister, Lou Mettlach of Wheaton, Missouri and one grandson, Bexton Jean Tichenor.
Preceding him in death were his mother, Geneva Tichenor and one brother, Terry Tichenor.
Mark grew up and attended school in Wheaton, Missouri graduating from Wheaton High School. After graduation he started working as a well driller for Tichenor Drilling in Wheaton. In 2005 he started raising cattle and crop farming. Mark loved team roping and being a grandpa. He enjoyed hauling cattle and farming and was a Masonic Lodge member. He attended Wheaton Southern Baptist Church in Wheaton.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Rocky Comfort Cemetery in Rocky Comfort, Missouri, under direction of McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton. Pastor Paul Wahlert will conduct the services.
Contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children in memory of Mark.
