Mark Allen Waggoner, 56, of Fort Wayne and formerly of Middletown, Indiana passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025 at his residence following a battle with ALS. He was born June 19, 1969 in Anderson to Larry Waggoner and Dora (Cantrell) Wrin.
Mark was a 1988 graduate of Shenandoah High School. In his earlier years, he worked at Harvest Market in Middletown as a meat cutter but currently worked at Valbruna Stainless Steel Mill in Fort Wayne. In his spare time, he enjoyed visiting wineries, casinos, concerts, cigar lounges and was an avid gun collector. Mark was a great friend to all and had the biggest heart of anyone.
He is survived by his wife, Favor Waggoner; children, Brianna Waggoner, Brayden Waggoner, Brandi Sanford, Kylea Henderson and Catherine Stanford; grandchildren, Delani Davis, Camille and Kacey Esparza; his father, Larry Waggoner; best friends, Mike (Theresa) Elder, Lance Anderson and Chip Pottorff; several cousins and his German Shepherd fur babies, Kai and Roxy.
His mother, Dora Wrin and his grandparents precede him in death.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Ballard & Sons Funeral Home in Middletown with Keith Waggoner officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association with envelopes available at the funeral home or online by Clicking Here.
