Our Mother, Marlena Shaw has gone home to heaven.
Marlena Shaw, Singer, Songwriter, Grammy Nominated Artist, beloved Icon, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2024, surrounded by her family, she was 84 years old. She will be sorely missed by all who loved her and her music as it will live on in our hearts.
She was pre-deceased by her husband of more than 30 years, Gilbert Roy Hefner, her Eldest Son, Michael David Bradshaw.
She is Survived by 4 children, Son, Robert Douglas Bradshaw, his wife, Denise Bradshaw, 3 Daughters, April Yvette Bradshaw, Marla Janine Bradshaw and Adrian Regina Little.
She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Tiana Jackson, Tiffany Jackson, Tenielle Little, Deanna Berousek, Olivia Simmers, Mallory Fabian, Ezekiel Bradshaw-Little, Jamie Foster, along with 5 great-grandchildren, Elijah Knaus, Donovan Chase, Jaden Jackman, Edward Kovacs IV and Dean Kovacs. The Burgess Family and a host of other loved ones and friends from across the world.
