To Marlene, life was the stage, and she was the actress. She dreamed of being an actress.

Marlene worked in various hospitals over the years such as, Columbia Presbyterian and Mount Sinai Hospital, to name a few. She volunteered for many libraries, animal shelters, and churches over the years.
She was a successful breeder of AKC Registered Boston Terriers.
Her love of animals and travelling went hand in hand as she travelled the country with her show dogs.
Many of her dogs went on to win Best of Show and Best of Breed.
She also enjoyed reading and she authored numerous articles, which were published in various newspapers and journals. Another favorite past time was gambling, the casinos made her light up!
