Marlene A. Warfield

WARREN – Marlene A. Warfield, age 71, entered into eternal rest Monday, December 15, 2025 at St. Joseph Health Center. She was born February 1, 1954 in Warren, the daughter of Thomas Frank and Mary Esther Warfield.
Marlene attended Warren G. Harding High School and worked as a school aide, as well as in housekeeping as Ridgecrest Nursing Home. She loved attending Restoration Christian Fellowship Church, and she cherished her time with her family, especially the youngest ones. She was very skilled in sewing and crafting, and she made clothes and outfits for her loved ones.
Precious memories of Marlene live on with her two sons, Lavant Warfield (Coral) of Warren and Lavell Warfield (Robin) of Doylestown; her daughter, the one and only Tanya Peterson (William) of Warren; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sister, Kathy Warfield of Warren; her brother, Darryell Warfield (Isabelle) of Warren; and many nieces, nephews, and their families.
Preceding her in death are her parents; two sons, Aaron and Rahman Warfield; one granddaughter, Gianna Warfield; two sisters, Artelia Thomas and Leatrice Hameed; and her brother, Gregory Warfield.
Services are 12:00 noon Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Restoration Christian Fellowship Church, 760 Main Ave. S.W., Warren, Ohio 44483, with Bishop Joseph Walker, Jr. officiating. All who knew and loved Marlene are welcome to attend and celebrate her amazing life.
