Marsha Kinkead was born Marsha Gail Morrow in Enterprise, Alabama on November 19, 1951. She went home to Heaven on November 17, 2024. The love of her life was Jim Kinkead. They met in high school at the age of 16 and they married when they were 17 and 18. They celebrated 55 years of marriage in the summer of this year.
Marsha was the daughter of William and Sara Morrow. She has a sister Laura Leslie. Marsha and Jim have two daughters, Tina Diane Davis (Kenny Davis) and Wendy Diane Herndon (Adam Herndon). They have five grandchildren: Andrew Davis (fiancé Olivia Wright), Rebecca Davis, Bailey Herndon, Bryce Herndon, and Preston Herndon, and many other nieces and nephews.
Marsha was a committed Christian and served teaching children at Snellville First Baptist and Annistown Road Baptist church. She also helped in student ministry when her girls were high school age.
Marsha grew up in Columbus, Georgia and graduated from Hardaway High School. Jim and Marsha lived in Georgia in Columbus, Albany, and Snellville where they raised their daughters. They have lived in Loganville since 1997.
The Kinkeads opened a CPA firm in 1986 where Marsha worked as office manager for many years. Besides her family, Marsha leaves behind a multitude of loving friends and brothers and sisters in Christ. They will all miss her every day but look forward to reuniting with her in the presence of Jesus.
