Marshall always had a project going on and loved to spend his time outdoors. A perfect day would be being outdoors in nice weather, with his family sharing stories, while admiring and tinkering on a project.
Left to mourn are his wife Debra, his son Marshall III and his wife Bridget, his son Daniel, his mother-in-law Sally Walega, his sister-in-law Denise Ruscetti and her husband Bill, his brother-in-law Joe Walega Jr, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Those that passed before him are his parents, Marshall Sr, and Mabel. And his father-in-law Joseph Walega Sr.
Visitation for Mr. Harpestad Jr will be on Thursday June 15, 2023, from 4:00 pm until Service time 6:00 pm at Pedersen Ryberg Funeral Home 435 N. York Street, Elmhurst, IL. Interment private. For info 630-834-1133

I still can't believe you are gone Marshall! Tomorrow marks your 2 year Anniversary of your death. The Lord took you way to soon, but he had a plan, and he needed his Angel back. Please continue to look down and watch over Debbie, Marshall, Bri, Danny and your beautiful Grandson Gunnar! You are loved and Missed Marshall! Sleep sweet with the Angels!!

I can't believe you are gone a year already. Seems like just yesterday we mourned your loss. You are a grandpa now, Marshall and Bri had a beautiful baby Boy named Gunnar. Wish you were here to meet him. We miss you and we love you very much! Sleep sweet with the Angels!!

Dear Debbie, Marshall, (Bri), and Danny.
We are so very sorry for the loss of Marshall! My heart aches for your loss! He was way to young, but God had a plan for him! He was blessed with the gift of gab and we will always remember him for that and trying to dodge his hours of conversations lol He is now free and reunited with is mom and Dad. He was definately a unique individual and will never be forgotten! I was proud to have him as my Brother In Law!! Sleep sweet with the Angels Marshall! RIP Brother! We.love you....until we meet again!!!
