Marshall Issac Wills

Marshall Issac Wills passed away on February 14, 2025, in Blythe, CA at the age of 45. Mashall was born on September 2, 1979, in Hayward, CA to parents, Emmett E. Wills and JoAnna Clemons. He was a resident of Stanislaus County for 25 years. Marshall was proud to be a Marine and served in the military as a Military Policeman with a military education in law enforcement. He had a love for life, family, and trucking. Marshall was a very caring and kindhearted person who was a joy to be around. He was a man of natural intelligence to speak on any subject with so much wisdom at a young age.
Marshall grew up learning about Gods way from his grandma taking him to church every Sunday. He carried those teachings with him throughout his life. He was a loving son and brother. As the oldest of all his cousins, he felt the responsibility to be the protector who always gave advice to keep them going in the right way. Marshall was a man of honor and self-respect, who cared about others before himself.
Some of Marshalls hobbies included camping, football, and eating. He was a dedicated 49ers fan. He was a truck driver who owned his own 18-wheeler and had a passion for trucking and did it well. In the end on his final day, his caring for others and wanting to keep them safe while driving that big 18-wheeler down the highway was the last honorable decision he made. We love you, Marshall, always and forever!
Marshalls presence will be missed so deeply by his family and friends. He is survived by his father, Emmett E. Wills Sr., mother, JoAnna Clemons, and brothers, Emmett Wills Jr. (Oakland, CA), Eddie Wills (Texas), and Darayl Clemons (Sacramento, CA).
There is a Visitation scheduled at 9:30 am and Funeral Service at 10:30 am at Franklin & Downs Funeral Home (McHenry Chapel) on Wednesday, March 5. There is a Graveside Service to follow at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella, CA at 2 pm where Marshall will be laid to rest.
