Martha Williams Broughton was born In Raleigh, NC on April 23, 1951 died
October 27, 2025 at Wake Medical Center Raleigh Campus. Martha is
survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Charles Ashley Broughton of
Zebulon, sister Jane Williams Dendy of Wendell and brother LH David
Williams of Raleigh. Martha retired from Duke Energy with 40 years of
service. She will be buried in a private service at Montlawn Cemetary.

Charlie, Mike and I are so very sorry to hear of Martha´s passing. Martha was such a special person and friend to me during our days of working together at CP&L/Progress Energy/Duke Energy. I loved her dearly and she will be greatly missed. I pray that God surrounds you with peace and comfort during this difficult time. God Bless.
