Martha E. Everdean, 87, of Allentown, formerly of East Stroudsburg passed away on Sunday May 21, 2023, at her home. She was the wife of the late William Everdean.
Born July 1, 1935, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, the daughter of the late John Lospinoso and Rose Lobl Lospinoso.
She was a longtime resident of Shirley Futch Plaza, East Stroudsburg.
Prior to her retirement she worked as a nurse's aid at Laurel Manor.
Martha belonged to The Church of Saint Luke where she loved serving.
She is survived by her 5 children, her 3 Sons, Michael J Everdean of Wind Gap, Timothy W Everdean of Wind Gap, Daniel P Everdean of Stroudsburg. Her 2 Daughters
Patricia Rose Everdean of Allentown, and Christina Everdean of Mt Bethel.
She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Elizabeth Pasiliavich and Dorothy Kelman.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday May 26, 2023 at 3:30pm am at the Church of Saint Luke, 818 Main Street, Stroudsburg with Father Michael F. Quinnan as celebrant
There will be a visitation on Friday May 26, 2023, from 2:30pm until the time of the Mass at Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either, The Covenant House PO Box 758636, Topeka KS 66675, or The Church of Saint Luke 818 Main Street Stroudsburg PA 18360

Martha was part of our red Hat Purple Dress club. She was a kind person who we all loved. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends, going to outdoor concerts and was a good mother and friend. She will truly be missed.
