Martha Jane King, 73, passed away on February 14, 2024. She was born in Blytheville, Arkansas, on June 14, 1950, to Aaron King and Mary Frances (Bufford) King.
Martha was a retired nurse who worked for Siloam Springs Nursing Home for over 15 years. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Lowell, Arkansas.
Whether it be helping with the chores or sitting on the front porch enjoying nature, Martha enjoyed spending time outside on the farm. She also loved being with her dogs. But most of all, Martha loved to spend time with her family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend whose memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter, Monica McLeLand. She is survived by her sons, Scott Reese of Stamps, AR, and David McCord (Jodee) of Rogers, AR; brother, Aaron King Jr. (Carol) of Gentry, AR; sisters, Patsy Wilson of Caraway, AR, and Brenda Gifford (Bobby) of Osceola, AR; grandchildren, Brittany Berry of Gentry, AR, and Caleb Cooper of Little Rock, AR; great-grandchild, McKenna Berry of Gentry, AR; and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
