MARTHA PATTERSON

Finger, TN: Martha Ann Robison Patterson age 84 passed away November 15, 2023, at Park Rest Hardin County Health Center.

She was born February 9, 1939, in McNairy County, the daughter of the late Lawrence Winford and Sue Alice Hampton Robison. She grew up in McNairy County and was a 1957 graduate of Bethel Springs High School.

She married Kenton Patterson on November 24, 1960. They made their home in Finger. 

She did factory work at Brown Shoe, American Olean Tile and Neo Products.  

She enjoyed the outdoors, yardwork, gardening, sewing, canning, cooking, and especially loved spending time with her family.

Mr. Patterson preceded her in death in March 2006.

Mrs. Patterson is survived by a son, Terry Patterson of Finger; two daughters, Tonya Leyh (Steven) of Finger, and Tammy McDonald (Jamie) of Finger, TN; two brothers, Ronnie Robison of Jackson and Ricky Robison of Illinois.

Grandchildren, Britney Ervin, Colton McDonald, Laura Blackwell, Breanna Snader, and MaKinley Eaton and great grandchildren, Isabella Bryant, Rayven Bryant, Kira Blackwell, Korbin Blackwell, Atlas Ervin, Brandon Hughes, Jr. and Hadleigh Mae Hughes.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, Larry Robison, Jerry Lee Robison and Hal Robison and two sisters, RaNell Lay and Peggy Cox. 

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Special Olympics or Autism awareness.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, November 18th at Shackelford Funeral Directors – East Main Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Geary officiating. Burial will follow at Finger Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at East Main 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday.
