Martin P. Fraga was born on October 12, 1969, in Dallas, Texas, to Mary Jessie Perez and Victor Fraga. He passed away on November 9, 2025, in Dallas, Texas.
Martin is survived by his father, Juan Lozano; his mother, Mary Jessie Lozano; his loving wife, Angela Fraga; his children, Tia Marie Fraga and Cristina Perez Fraga; his stepsons, Joseph Lozano and Joshua Lozano; his brothers, Michael Fraga, Manuel Lozano, and Juan Lozano; his sister, Lucy Lozano; and seven cherished grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his beloved maternal grandparents, Lucy and Manuel Perez, who adored him dearly.
A proud Dallas Cowboys fan, Martin's favorite colors were blue and silver-and he wore them proudly. During football season, you could always find him cheering on "his boys in blue." He loved music of all genres, and whenever the grill was fired up, Martin was there to take charge. Cooking was one of his passions, and he was always eager to try new recipes. Spending time outdoors with family and friends was another of his greatest joys.
Known for his outgoing personality and big heart, Martin was the life of every gathering. His infectious smile could light up a room, and his positive energy brought joy to everyone around him.
From a young age, Martin developed a strong work ethic. There was never a task too big or too small-if he didn't know how to do something, he would say he had to at least "try." Determined and hardworking throughout his life, Martin devoted over 20 years to heavy equipment management, working for Ahern Rental and Austin Commercial, among others.
Martin will be deeply loved and missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
In honor of Martin's love for the Dallas Cowboys, the family invites everyone attending his viewing and service to wear Cowboys attire.
