With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Martin Keen Jr. on Monday, February 3, 2025, at the age of 83. He was born on June 27, 1941.
Martin Keen Jr. was a genuinely amazing human being! Not only was he a jack of all trades, but he was also one of a kind! Anyone who had the honor and pleasure of knowing him was very fortunate. He was always known for giving a helping hand without asking for anything in return. His humor, spirit, warmth, kindness, and generosity towards others were unparalleled! He was loved by all and will be deeply missed!
Martin joins his mother, Sarah; father, Martin; brothers, Sylvester, Bob, Dwight, Clarence; and sister, Maimi, all of whom have gone on before him.
Martin is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Johnnie Mae Keen; loving daughter, Monica Rae Pullen; doting son-in-law, Melvin D. Pullen, Jr.; and the two joys of his life, granddaughters Kristina Rae and Leila Renee Pullen. He is also survived by his brothers, Lewis Thomas Keen, and Richard Keen; sisters, Mildred Price and Dorothy Sharp; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins on all sides of the family!
The family wishes you to remember him the way you saw him last, so there will not be a viewing.
