Martin is survived by his loving children: Martin Leyson Jr. (Maria), Rey Leyson (Ana), Maritess Leyson, Cris Leyson (Rebecca), Irene Leyson, Lani Jackson (Phil), Gary Leyson, and Faith Leyson (Joe) and his dear grandchildren: Tessa, Martin, III, Eva, David, Sara, Alex, Ryan, Lauren, Cole, Ramona, and Albert. Along with a great grandchild: Selah.
He is preceded in death by his siblings: Roberta Leyson, Rosa Leyson-Canastra, Clara Leyson, Gregorio Leyson, Teodora Leyson-Ortega, Florencio Leyson Jr., and Filomena Leyson-Fabular.
A visitation will be held at Geils Funeral Home located at 260 West Irving Park Road, Wood Dale, Illinois 60191 on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM. A final viewing will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 9:00 AM followed by a service at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Afterwards, there will be a procession to Fairview Cemetery in Northlake, Illinois.
