Marty Gunn Obituary
We are saddened to announce the passing of Marty “Melissa” Gunn. The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members attending with Bro. Larry Duncan officiating.
Melissa died at the age of 54 on Thursday, February 22, 2024. She was loved so much here on this earth. We know she was welcomed to her heavenly home with open arms by her sweet mama and daddy. Oh what a reunion that must have been! Our hearts mourn the loss of our precious Melissa, but we find comfort in knowing we will see her again one day.
Survivors include sisters; Eva Allen, Sherry Waltman, and Marsha Boyte. Her brothers; David Gunn and wife Liz and Bruce Gunn. She leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews. Melissa is preceded in death by her mother, Ella Marzelle Gunn and her father, Marshall T. Gunn.
