Mary Catherine Abraham

Mary Catherine Abraham, age 63, of Brighton, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2025.
Born on September 13, 1962, in Detroit, Michigan, Mary was the beloved daughter of Bedelia and John Weber. She grew up in Novi and later spent several months in Minnesota before returning to Novi, and later making her home in Brighton. Mary graduated from Novi High School and went on to earn her associate degree in accounting from Ferris State University.
For more than 30 years, Mary served as the Principal's Secretary at Novi Middle School, work she cherished deeply. She was known for her dedication, warm spirit, and unwavering commitment to supporting students and staff. Mary was a generous and selfless person who consistently placed the needs of others before her own. Above all, she was a devoted mother to
her son, William Abraham, whom she loved dearly. In her free time, Mary enjoyed cheering on her favorite football teams, especially the University of Michigan and the Detroit Lions.
Beloved mother of William Abraham; loving daughter of Bedelia Weber; cherished sister of Jim (Natalie) Weber, and Steve Weber.
Mary was preceded in passing by her father, John Weber; her beloved sister Sharon Weber; and former spouse William (Kelly) Abraham.
